I'll have to be awkward and say Padmé, even though Jar Jar Binks has to be right up there too.
Padme is just too much of a cringingly floaty stereotype who's lines are destined to be stilted no matter how hard the talented Natalie Portman tries.

Any in Episodes 1,2 and 3. The prequels were all soulless with the special effects dominating the screen with little time for character development. There was no funny 'banter' in these films and no real relationships with the characters.
So, I guess I hate them all, regardless of their re-appearance in Episodes 4,5 and 6, as I treat these as a different entity!!

IG-88, Bounty Hunter, from The Empire Strikes Back... the action figure of him was too tall and awkward to be able to stand alone on a flat surface and he could only fit in a few of the compartments in my Darth Vader Action Figure Carrying Case due to his height and even then had to be bent at 160 degree angle. His role in the movie was so insignificant as well and yet they made an action figure of him! He sucked!

Well, for me it's not Jar Jar. I know, he's pretty annoying. But the characters I hate the most are:
Darth Sidious
Mace Windu
Yoda
Ki-Adi-Mundi
Mon Mothma

I don't Particularly hate anyone in star wars
But I do think that they can be stupid for example:
Mace Windu hes bald got a purple light sabe and the way to die is getting struck by Lightning and blown out a window by a shrilveled up prune who sounds like he's just let one off . . .
