Technically speaking, Mac would. Windows is an OS system for a computer. Trick question and I got it right.
That is like saying who makes a better car, Ford or Uniroyal? It is Ford, cuz Uniroyal is the brand of tire that goes on a vehicle.

big c is a bit slow mac is an operating system too.
windows = OS
mac = OS
you asked who makes better computers not who makes a better operating system.
if you meant operating system it really depends on what your looking for out of the computer. macs are operantly better at editing videos and music and watching movies whilst windows is mixed as in its made for work and play
if you ment who makes better computers. i personally think dell or HP but every body is different

If you did your research, you would honestly make a better pc than anyone out there. Companies like dell and HP raise the price to pay for the name. Trust me, building a pc is extremely easy if you arent water cooling and going that far. Just do your research
