First, drill a pilot hole in the location of the sprayer. Then take a hole saw (that has a pilot bit of its own) and carefully drill through the top. Make sure that the hole saw is good and sharp. The touchy part is the initial drilling when you break the surface. Once you've penetrated the surface, it goes pretty smoothly. Good luck.

To back up what others here have said.
Drill a pilot hole where you want the fixture, using a bit smaller than the pilot bit in that good sharp holesaw that you need. Go slow, you don't want to overheat the corian, because it will melt and gum up your holesaw.
Once through, use some fine sandpaper to smooth the edges of the hole some.
Nothing to it...but be sure to use a good sharp holesaw.

you can easily drill solid surface, such as corian using normal woodworking tools. what you need is a holesaw. it cuts round holes using a drill.

I've already got three available holes...I'd still put a towel under me.
