just temp. disable your fire wall or virus protection program,
easy just right click on the virus . protection . icon
temporarily disable auto protect on the right bottom of your desktop
until you have the video started then click enable it will not shut you out because it will already be accepted.

turn off your firewall or do something that your firewall let yahoo to preview webcam...
