Why should we, when we can get everything we want from the mistress and the wife. It's like anyone who get's hooked up with a married guy ought to already understand that 90% of the time if he left his wife he would be near penniless each month after paying child-support. He'd lose all he worked for over the years and why should he give that up when he can keep it and still be playing with you.

Cheating men might be cowards, but the other woman is guilty of stupidity for believing them in the first place. Has the idea occured to you that most of the time men have absolutley no intention of leaving there wifes?

when my ex finally came clean about who he was living with during our separation, think he would rather have not told it, because before he told the truth a deep sigh of anguish came from him i never knew if it was a sigh of relief or of something he really didn't want to say. but i think the deceit can go on a long time, until he is forced to choose the wife or mistress. yes men are cowards, don't want to be the bad guy, they don't feel good about what they are doing, and would rather keep it a secret.

Why do women continue to believe them?
Stop it! They knowingly get involved with a married man, then they are just setting themselves up for false hope.
I've been involved with a married man once and the only reason I did was because he told me upfront that he was never going to leave his wife. I respected that and let our passion run its course.
My heart still didn't come out of the relationship unscathed but I didn't feel deceived either. I made an informed decision knowing what the consequences were. Therefore I can't blame anyone else but myself.

It isn't cowardliness. It's just that silly slutty women sleep with married guys. Why? I suppose it's an ego thing for the guy- Darn, I'm great! I can have lovers as well as a wife. I'm such a stud. So, why should they be honest with their playmate? Any woman sleeping with a married man, has zero right to complain about deceit, because they are behaving in a deceitful manner themselves. Don't like that? Then, don't sleep with married guys.

Why would you want a man that would leave his wife for you? Why would you want a man that has a wife period? If you're this naive about the game, let me fill you in. If you're fooling with a married man that leaves his wife for you, then in 10 years you will be the wife and some little home wrecker will be the one he's leaving you for.

Men are cowards because they know their wives have them by the balls. They risk losing the things that they have worked for. Their homes, cars, stocks, bonds, vacation homes, retirement funds, boats, etc. They care more about their stuff and their money than anything else.

He might leave his family for you, after his youngest kids retire and his wife is dead. Don't kid yourself, all he wants is a piece of ***, and all you'll get is grief.

In general, I think that we dont want to disrupt our lives anymore than they are disrupted. So I think men in general dont want to tell the second woman, "hey, I like you and I want to continue sleeping with you and having you and I am not leaving my family for a second." because the second woman generally isnt going for that if you are at the point of him telling you that he's thinking of leaving his family. I think men tell women what they want to hear a lot on this so they can have you stay.

To be honest, he has someone at home doing his laundry, cooking his food and taking care of his offspring. Then he has someone who makes him feel like he is sixteen again. Why would he rock the boat, he has the best of both worlds.

I admit they should be honest, but they also shouldn't leave their wives because they meet someone new and exciting. If they do it once, they will probably get bored and do it again. Then you will be the one they leave.
