In the US it's Wed Feb 7th, at 10 pm, but the one-hour recap begins at 9pm.
There is a survey Bonnie Covell is conducting wanting to change that to it's original 8pm, but I think it's too late. It originally aired at 8pm, but moved to 9pm. American Idol, which airs at 9, tends to suck the life out of everything.
In the UK, per www.lost-media.com:
watchall writes "Sky One in the UK has set Sunday February 11th at 10.00pm as the date and time for the return of Lost Season 3.
A repeat of the first six episodes of season three will be showing Monday to Saturday in the run up to the new episode on the 11th.
A one-hour special including interviews with the executive producers Lindelof and Carlton Cuse, a look at the cast back-stories and setting up how the series will develop, will air on Friday February 9 at 10.10pm.
