Rajesh ... A simple headset should work fine. I know you said "talk," but I guess you also want to listen. Although separate speakers and microphones work okay, sometimes it's best to use a headset so that the audio output will not interfere with the input.
I bought a cheap headset about ten years ago and the sound quality is STILL great as they day I bought it. If you take care of it, it may last forever.

You only need a microphone. A new microphone will have a driver for the microphone if it needs it. And normally a used microphone, you have to go on the computer to download the software for it. I have a cam with the microphone attached and it works good. Then it is up to your budget too on what you can buy.
