Wanting to know if I would divide 80 by 30 to get the answer??? If not , how would I figure the answer out?

80 ft * (1"/30 ft) = 2 2/3"
You see, the units of feet cancel out when you divide, so you are left with inches. I use this for any kind of conversion.
With a scale factor of 1" = 30', your circle would have a diameter of 2 2/3" (or a radius of 1 1/3")
