how do someone benefit from having more than one lover?

I realy want to know the benefit that men getting on having more than one lover. Becauseon ladies side most of them they are after money, but what about men?

However we are human beings with brains and can understand the concept of restraint and monogamy. And making the generalisation that woman are after money is the same as saying all men are dogs!

some men just like to have variety...some men need their huge egos fed constantly and having more than one woman wanting them helps with that......and it's not true that most women that have more than one lover are doing it for money.....dont' know where you got that from.....good luck

I think that the main benefits are that if your first lover isnt willing to fulfill your needs sexually, you can go to your second lover.

for men it's merely a sexual high and a feeling of ownership, as in owning a lot of land and doing what he wants with it....an ego thing.
