No, things must die for other things to live. I mean, the dinosaurs died out when we were created because God knew humans wouldn't be able to survive with these huge creatures around us; we'd be an easy prey for most dinosaurs. Humans and animals are even killing off each other so what makes you think any other kind of life could live on this world.
