What should I do with all my spare change?

a friend of mine saved all her spare change for 1 yr
she even broke a dollar instead of giving the change in her pocket

for one yr she saved it all never spent one penny
we went shopping she bought a new living room set a new kitchen table and a new lamp for her bedroom with just the money she saved

Put it in a big jar, before long you will have a bunch of money. I do this and about every six months I take it to the bank and it usually adds up to $400-500

Put it in a jar and take it to the bank, deposit into your account. Or as I do, leave it as a tip the next time you go out to eat, hey money is money and if the service is good they will appreciate it, depending on how much it is. =)

everytime i get spare change i put it in a jar and when its full i take it to the bank and put it in my savings account.

Put it in the CoinStar machine in the grocery store and you can donate it to charity and it even gives you a receipt so you can declare it if you really have a lot.
