It happens sometimes when too many people log on,as the servers will have to deal with loads of requested applications.
Try logging out on log on again - it might solve your problem

its because it has a very slow server or your isp is slow

Well, it works now..
But I guess it works like the Dell service . They are repairing my laptop for a month .. and I still have no answer from them.

So what? They suck anyway. If you want real products, try Toshiba or Sony laptops. This slowdown is a blessing in disguise.
