The size has nothing to do with feeding mothers. The kid naturally knows to extract milk from mother!!! For a boodha aadmi like you, it may make a difference!!!

No. I had DD's after delivering both of my daughters. I couldn't produce milk. I have friends who were the same size and breastfed all of their children.
