IT interviews?

tell me some useful book to cover windows xp professional
& ms office?
in IT interviews ,whether os questions will be asked .if so what type of qs they will ask?

in IT interviews we dont really ask specific questions about what OS you know. We will ask if you know how to use the OS we use and can provide for you. We are more interested in the IT specialty that you know and ask you specific questions about that.

Unless you are looking to be a receptionist, then that's not really an IT interview - we would require you to know document software like Word or such and planning software.

I cant give you specifics as to why you are not successful at your interviews. There are many things that can sway the interview to your benefit or not. You seem to have the qualifications, hence you are at least getting the interview. But there is that "catch 22" as we say in the industry. In order for you to work, you have to have experience...but in order to have the experience, you need the work. Most obviously they like what they have seen on your resume and that is why they are calling you for the interview. The only thing I can suggest to you is work with a career consultant. They will work with you from your resume to the interview. They will mock interviews so they can guage what needs improvement. It will also allow you to practice interviewing with someone. 99% of the time, success in the interview is not just what is on your resume, its what they see and feel when they talk to you. A career councelor can help you get over those obstacles.

In IT interviews they ask you questions mostly to confirm your ability recorded in resume: and to just make sure that you are a reasonably 'stable' person! So, just be yourself! Answer with confidence and natural ease! good luck!
