Well, if you're talking about racism (discriminating against someone based upon their race) then we can do lots of things. Call people out on it (calmly, rationally, and respectfully) when they are acting inappropriately. Build relationships with others of another race intentionally. Purposefully get a job or volunteer in a community that is not your own to get more intimate knowledge of those that do not live like yourself. But most importantly, live your everyday life as though everyone is created in the image of God as a unique, special creation. However, if you are talking about ratsism (I assume the discrimination against rats..?), then I don't know.

We can only offer cheese to stop prejudice among rats.
For humans... well cheese is a start.
I don't think racism is natural, I think it's a learned conception. It may even have a purpose, to protect the gene pools of societies. But skin color only comes from the environment and skin is only skin deep. Disturbingly, living in cities where racism is everywhere it's hard not to pick up the same thoughts. But coming to a country where you're the ethnic minority you get to know a lot more people from races different from yourself and the more diverse the people you know, the more tolerent you become.

"Ratsism"?
Do you mean, Racism? If so, I think that we need to re-evaluate our preconceived notions about other races. We need to see each person as an individual and not as a color or culture. It is foolish and ignorant to paint everyone with the same brush. We all bleed, we all love, we all want the best for our children, etc. What really divides us is socio-economic status and opportunity. So what do we need to do? We need to open our eyes to the truth and REALLY see what our hatred is doing to us as a nation. We need to find a human being in our fellow man and stop looking at the color of his skin.

You can, and should, only stop it within yourself. You can't change the thoughts of others by force, but you can lead by example, should THEY choose to follow you.
Myself, I used to be a little bigoted. But then I realized, most of the complete pricks I had met in my life came from my same race and city. If there is any group I hate now, it's my own fricking race. lol

Why should anyone be racist. hmmm.
Did you know that the only reason people are black is because of climates with and overload of sun... this was evolutions way of protecting them from the sun.. We're no different, these days its just different color, and cultural background, and our assumptions of different races
