I mean is it a link between macroeconomic indicators and the salaries of everyone?

No. Not everyone operates at the same level. Growth and productivity could be up in one sector and down in another. If everyone received a raise based upon the national growth you would fuel inflation and force some companies out of business. I prefer people be paid based upon productivity. Some have greater value to an organization than others. I don't think everyone should be paid the same amount of money. Those who achieve more should be appropriately compensated.

NO.
for eg: China is growing say 10%. If they increase wages & salaries by 10 % all products will increase their production cost and sales will go down... and then eventually it wont grow at 10%

There is definitely a link, but over the long term.
