No and I'd be worried if he did ! But I'm only 13 so i might react differently if I was older. I'd still think the guy might be gay and if he was a friend, would want him to just tell me and I might be able to help him if he wanted the right kind of make-up

Yes I have, they guy wanted to know what kind of makeup I was wearing because he was in a band and wanted to have eye liner that didn't run down his face.

No and if he did I'd think either it's a pick up line, he's wanting to know for gift purposes or its hideous.

He's either: a) Gay or b) Is trying to tell you he can tell you are wearing makeup, and it's too much.
