It is called Morning Glory. It is normal for guys to have that in the morning. The reason you are not that hard when you need it, could be either you are not stimulated enough, too stressed, ate too much before you start to make out, or the girl you are making out is not the girl that you are interested in. So, just relax, take it slowly and don't eat too much. Viagra is the last thing that you want to try.

As everyone has mentioned it is often called 'morning glory' and the the reason you are not as hard when you 'need one you are not being stimulated enough? I am not too sure as I am female but I would imagine that is the case.

believe you me, when you meet a skilfull woman, she'll take you 6 times in a row and you'll still be hard! it 'll be so up you'll think its gonna burst and it'll feel like steel! just take it easy dont worry and if you're lucky enough to find a skilled woman - go for it (i dont mean prostitutes)
