No. It does disturb me how many people have no imagination and can't conceive the notion that, "Hmmmm, there are sooooooooo many gay people on this planet, maybe there supposed to be here. Maybe they're here for a reason"... I'm tire in general of the people who continuously bash us here with no intention to learn, only to try and put us down. Is that christianity?

Being gay is not a choice, contrary to what everyone say. It's a part of the personality, the identity. Think about it, if homosexuality was REALLY a choice, would anyone make that choice?would anyone like to live in a world in which they'd be likely to be insulted ?

Yes, homosexuality exists, but is it a crime? definitely NO. I wonder why people still think that homosexuality is a choice... Maybe they find an excuse to avoid the subject... If they don't seek to understand what gays feel, so these gays shouldn't pay attention to them. Or maybe straight people associate all the gays with the stereotypes of gay life(like in Queer As Folk) whereas many gays don't lead this kind of life

We all have choices in life, and whether or not we are born leaning one way or the other, or like myself, am pretty well in the middle, how we act on that is a choice. Many people do not have partners or even sexual experiences in their lives, that is a choice. How your body chemistry reacts to a gender is NOT a choice. That said, frankly in my vast (all 53, almost 54 yrs of it), people are happiest being who and what they are. Lying to oneself about who and what you are is the quickest way to feeling lost and isolated. My observation has been that the gay men in my life are pretty darn happy about it. In most cases gay men have a sense of self pride about their masculinity that most straight men, never get a clue about. Same thing goes for Lesbians, who understand the true nature of womanhood and its power. How intoxicating!

People say things based on their own insecurities, words cannot do anything generally unless you allow yourself to be sucked into them. However, Hitler conquered a nation with words, so be ever vigilant.

You shouldn't....
I personally am heterosexual, but I have really good friends that are gay, & I have watched their suffering.... We don't choose who we are, we just sorta of take what life gives us & try to follow it through... Take me for instance, I have made some really bad "choices" in my own realtionships, should that make me feel insulted and “dehumanized”? Don't let what people say or think make you feel any way... They are not to judge, lest they be judged....
Hang in there...
:o)

Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.

i imagine, in my view, it is form of of both. i imagine I "knew" i became gay even even as i became very, very youthful...even regardless of the actuality that i did not recognize what gay meant, so how ought to I were inspired through exterior impacts? even as i became six i did not have a clue about homosexuals, yet I nonetheless felt interested in different females. of direction i did not fancy ladies, i became way too youthful, yet older females off the television etc used to fascinate me. My sister, who must be loopy about male popstars etc became thoroughly the alternative. i imagine i became so in touch about how alluring a number of the girls were that it form of "made" me a lesbian. i do not recognize...i recognize what i'm attempting to assert yet i recognize it must be complicated to ascertain! form of like i recognize i became born with some thing that tended me in the route of different females; yet jointly it advanced as I grew up. It genuinely isn't a call regardless of the actuality that; I have tried with adult males and had some very tremendous boyfriends even though it is no longer a call now i'm older and now it is one hundred% females that i go with to be with. If I had the alternative, ought to I nonetheless lead a gay life? i ought to go with to assert convinced.

Anyone who believes being gay is a choice is just unknowing or just plane ignorant or a bigot. I am gay, and if I really had the choice, I sure would not have been. I have just learned to work with the hand that God and genetics gave me. The supreme being will judge me accordingly.

Nope not at all..
People have the right to say whatever they want to say....
But on the other hand I also have my own right to be whatever I want to be :)
People have freedom to say whatever they want to say.... I also have the same exact freedom to be whatever I want to be, whether it's a choice or not... This is my life, not other people's life.... They can say whatever they prefer to say about gay, because I realize at the same time I have the same freedom to be whatever I want to be in my OWN life. hehehe
:D

I feel that it is an insult to God to demean his Gifts to people as "choices".
People who oppose LOVE are sick.

Peoples comments don't get to me. Their comments are unimportant to me. I am what i am. And i love it. What bothers me is their ignorance to except the world as it really is and that they raise some of their children with that same ignorance.
