Honky (as I have always seen it) is like the "N" word for blacks. Honky is like the N word, but for Whites.

A honky refers a typical white persons nasal tone of voice when they speak, like a goose. No, I don't believe you can call a black person a honky. I don't think anyone should use racial slurs.

It is a racist term, meant to insult you, used by black people.
No, you can't call a black person a "honky". Why would you want to?

I think you misunderstood them. They probably meant "Donkey", as in your an @ss. Honky hasn't been used since the 70's and no self respecting black man will use that anymore.

A racial slur. If you wanted to return the insult, do not use honky. It would be totally ineffective.

It's an insulting term used by blacks for us Caspers(that's white folks)-trust me, you don't have to be white to be a bigot ........
