I am so sorry! It sounds like you have been treated terribly!
I have a few ideas, but I don't know if they are very meaningful...
1. Get the original diagnosis from the original doctor in writing. I don't know what you can legally demand, but you can probably find out...
2. Ask the original doctor for references.
3. Take your son to a TEACHING hospital. They are much less complacent, especially in terms of diagnosis. If money is an issue, I believe this is the place to spend it. If you are not insured, you may get some financial breaks and a realistic payment schelule.
3. I don't know where you are, but if you are not in India, please make sure you connect with an Indian doctor. Also, you may do best with a doctor of the same gender as you.
4. When you present your case to any new doctor, make sure that you appear more composed and expectant rather than frustrated. Even if you have a litany of complaints about prior treatment -- or lack of treatment -- do not go into it! If you do, the doctor will likely approach the problem with a negative or overly-cautious or very hands-off attitude.
5. If you are a woman, you should consider bringing a man with you.
6. Pray with faith.
I am sorry that so much of what I say sounds cynical or prejudicial, or that I am suggesting that any of this is your fault. I am just trying to step back and try to see why you are getting such arrogant heartless treatment.
Best of luck to you.

Based on assumption that you are an Indian, I suggest that you should go to an Ayurvedic doctor as soon as possible. I have an idea of what you are talking about. My brother was like that. But he used to talk and walk again he was so fragile and always no energy or hunger.
The Ayurvedic medicine he took for almost 4 years worked wonders and he is now a software engineer in Microsoft & fathered two healthy babies.
You also need to have lots of faith in your God. You name him whatever it is. But believe in the ultimate supreme power. Everyday sit in a calm, quite place in the early morning and visualise exactly what you want. Don't cry or think how he is now. Think that he is walking, talking and doing all the normal things that any kid of his age does. Keep visualising. Always ask God to show you the solution.
God bless you and your family.

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to say, has been specifically diagnosed with porencephalic cyst? Have you been to a teaching hospital where they are usually more up to date with other treatments if you don't mind dealing with residents/interns? Depending on where you are located there are Children's Hospitals very close. Think St. Jude's Children's Hospital, any major University like Johns Hopkins, Mayo etc. Start searching their websites. Plus how old is your son and has anyone ever discussed a feediing tube? They can be a pain for you, every two hours dealing with it, etc., but if your son isn't terminal and I certainly hope he isn't, the feeding tube is an alternative to provide proper nutrition.

Have you tried praying to God? At times when you find there is no other way, you'll come to realise that the only way is through Christ. As it says in the book of John (Bible) - "I am the way the truth and the life, no one some to the Father but by me". Jesus is the maker of all things and if he created you, then what can stop him from healing you?

Why is no one helping you? Have you been referred to a specialist. You must be persistent with your doctor, keep pestering him until he finds the right specialist for your son. There must be someone out there that can help. Good luck x

Find interesting foodstuff. May not be healthy. Anything to tempt him. Put it in front of him. Not ask to eat.Wish you 2 well.
