Press the START key + L
Lock your computer if you are connected to a network domain, or switch users if you are not connected to a network domain.

My favorite
Press the START key +U Open Utility Manager. You could disconnect your keyboard and just use a mouse.

I could not find a CNTRL,ALT,DELETE, press K for windows XP.
The results of these commands I got were for the task manager. But if the task manager window is open, then nothing can be typed on the keyboard too.
