I turned my computer on safe mode and then I booted it normally and the mointor screen is still the same as it was on safe mode, its all pixelated, how do I stop this and change it back to normal?

Yo may deleted the display driver so you should reinstal the display driver. if the display driver is corect yuo should set your monitor resolution.
Right clik on desktop then select peropertis, a windows open named display peroperties. From it select settings and then set your display resolution.

Click on Start --> Control Panel.
Double-click on Display icon
On the Display Properties, select the Settings tab
Set the screen resolution, and the Color Quality
Click Apply button
Click OK button
