My pscychology professor had told our class that, she is a white woman married to a black man. She has adopted over 11 black kids to pay for education, Its just hard to believe, that's all.

Its quiet possible in the USA and nowhere else! The question is WHY?!!!!!!

Inciddentally, I do not think it as racial question. Its a very serious question, which deserves serious answers, please!

Yes, and that is a function of the level of segregation in your society. An average black man is only given about 5% chance to prove himself as capable of doing anything good, so he settles for the otherwise... and so... why do you ask anyway, do you want to do anything about it?!!! Racial intent my foot...
