A question has a question mark at the end of it????? While an accusation has the exclamation point!!!! Asking Questions has a tilt or twang at the end and it's open. It also need answers and expected to elicit some response unless of course when it's rhetorical. An Accusation is usually loud, abrasive and rarely demand explanations. Questions are not presumptious whereas Accusations are very. Questions can be viewed as positive approaches in communication.and has no conclusions. Therefore, it's open-ended. An Accusation has a conclusion already or a verdict. It's on the offensive end. or an Attack.

I'm sure I coverd enough ground, don't you think????????? Don't you dare question my originality !!!!!!!!!!

I would like to think so. A question gives the opportunity for an answer or explanation. An accusation is a statement of fact that an event has taken place. Whether it has or not. It leaves no room for maneovre.

Yep...and I can usually turn the "question/accusation" around...answer a question/accusation with a question/accusation.

that's a tough question, or are you accusing me of something?.....I get this all the time at work.....give me your opinion on something" that's a question. Give me the reason why this did not work....that is accuasation, and it depends on the mentality of the person in question. You have to use your intuition on this!

In a question you are asking something.

In an accusation, you are stating something.
