I think that is isfahan.
The zayanderood river and its historical palaces are very butiful
and the whether in isfahan is no warm and no cool

Istfahan has beautiful monuments with great food. Tehran is the capital so maybe the soul of the nation.

Its not as crowded as Tehran and still maintains old Iranian culture !!!

would have to say tehran. one of my best friends is from tehran and she says that is their cersion of new york city. remember it is their capital. most people in america have never heard of any other place in iran but tehran any ways.

isfahan and shiraz are best cities in iran
they arent compareble with other cities
very nice weather and very nice ancient and historical places are there.
and their people are very friendly specially in shiraz .
i am from shiraz every one should see perse polis palace near to shiraz
