What route should i take to go from hyderabad to Sholapur?

Since i will go in my vehicle please let me know in detail..

It is on the Mumbai highway. Take route to BHEL ,Zaheerabad, Bidar, Naldurg and Sholapur. I have mentioned main towns you go across.

Best for you to get hold of a railway timetable, and study the map, with particular ref to Hy'bad- Sh'pur route: you will get an idea! Then the nearest auto club or association will give you the route map, which you will be able to understand well, after having looked at the rail map! have a good trip!
