Size 6 in philippines should be american shoe size 6.

but you have to think about whether her feet is broad or narrow. Is she wearing size 6 because her feet is broad?

US shoe sizes varies with the width too.. narrow, medium or wide.

for your info, size 6 is about 9 inches long. If she normally chooses size 6 because of the width but the length is shorter, then it is hard to buy a pair of shoes for the girl.

Check out the link below. I think the Phillippines uses the same designation as in America.

If you're not sure, measure the lenght of one of your feet (from the heel to the tip of the big toe) in inches (2.54 cm=1 inch) and look at the chart in the link. . According to the chart, a US women's size 6 would correspond to a foot lenght of 9-1/4 inches.

Say, you've measured your foot and it's only 9 inches. Then, the corresponding US wone's shoe size is 5.
