HELP! Clothes Dilemma for a Greek Christening?

Question

I am wondering if anyone has attended a greek christening before and what do females wear to this occasion?
I am freaking out because ive got less than a week to find something to wear but dont want to underdress/overdress

anyone have any ideas?

I dont really wear short dresses/skirts but rather long and unsure if pants is the way to go ..

Dress pants with a nice shirt/ blouse not overthe top but as if you were going to a wedding just beacuse they are greek does not mean they are going to take offence to what you wear as long as you don't turn up with a mini and bube tube on you should be fine or if pants are not your think wear a dress not withspagettie strps to your knees or lower with heels don't worry so much you'll be fine

Pants are a safe bet for anyone. I'm a guy so I don't know about dresses but I am Greek lol. I would go with the pants though. My curiosity is that if they are the Greeks who are flashy (gucci, prada, etc. types) or the ones who don't over do it.

Oh and as a bonus for the christening, tell the parents "Na sou zisi" (pronounced Na {like kno in knock} Sou {like soup} Zisi {zee see}. That means "may yours live" which tells the parents you want their child to have longevity - for the child to live a long and healthy life. :-)

i've got on no account heard of a DJ at a Christening - yet a jiffy in the past i might on no account heard of a 'toddler Namimg' instead to a Christening. you be responsive to your human beings and family contributors, you be responsive to what they prefer and additionally you be responsive to what you opt for - in case you think of a DJ is applicable on your social gathering the you opt for for it woman - you ought to start an entire new style!
