Find other ways to get to the grocery store, dear.

If he said to you, "I don't want to frighten you off, but I am starting to have feelings for you -- I'm starting to think of you more than a friend" and he left it at that -- that would not alarm me. But he never prefaced the conversation with that and immediately started hinting at sexual things with you -- that is not very gentlemanly of him at all. If you were my sister or girl cousin or friend, I would be concerned about your safety around this man.

You have told us what he said to you. Have you mentioned it to someone in your life, like a relative, another friend, a clergyperson or even a trusted neighbor? This is not something that I would keep to myself if I were you. Let others know you feel uncomfortable.

Good luck to you.

I don't think he is a good friend, I think he intends to take advantage of your disability and force himself on you! Just be careful, he may be 75 but he is probably still capable of sex and probably a lot stronger than you are! I would get someone else to take me shopping if I was you because I do not think you are safe with this dirty old man!
I hope everything turns out alright for you because you do not need a 'friend' like him! Good Luck!!

Try some other options to get to the grocery store. Some towns have free rides or you could have your grocery delivered. Others have to treat you correctly no matter what their age or situation. Call your town hall and learn about your rights.

Well tell him the truth about how you feel. Tell him you like to remain friends and maybe if you take medications or something tell him they inhibit your sex drive, or your disability just doesn't allow for you to be interested in sex anymore.

tell him you have hepatitis C and would be upset if you gave this to him in casual sex. You can also add herpes and genital warts to the list to fend him off
