Oh! by jolly Gosh that is not a very hard question to anwer at all
My brother in law did it for his daughter by offering bribes and name dropping of those in high social position.He even promised his elder daughter to the head of the school if the younger daughter could be succesful in gaining her diploma.
Go through the local phone book and write down some important names, give them a call and leave you name so when the school calls they at least have heard of you.
You could also cut and paste a picture of yourself next to the Queen of England, this would indicate that you have Royal Connections and will be a very impressive presentation to any School Head I do hope these methods have been very helpful
