Raise the temperature in you vivarium, it is probably to cold.

Well, there isn't really enough information here to say if this is this is normal or not. If you have had her for two years and she has never done this I would say it is not normal. (Usually, if you have to ask, there is something wrong.) But, some turtles do hibernate in the winter...but steps must be taken to lower the temperature, and decrease the amount of sunlight, and I assume you are not doing this. So get your little turtle to a really good herp (reptile) vet.

African spur-thighed (Geochelone sulcata) or Mediterranean Spur-thigh (Testudo graeca or iberia)? This makes a HUGE difference in cares.

Most common reasons for not eating are:
- wrong diet
- wrong temps (a BIG one)
- low humidity- another common problem. Even desert species need humid hidey holes to stay hydrated in.
