You probably have either a small baby, or thicker flesh between the baby and the outside world that's preventing the movements feeling stronger. The bigger the baby gets, the more you'll feel, and they change too from kicks to turns that can make you feel seasick, to stretches that crush your ribs!
So long as the baby is ok and ultrasound has shown that their movements are normal, then there's nothing to worry about, it's just your own private show for now.

Give it time. As long as the baby is moving that is a good sign. once you are further along, trust me, everyone will feel it. For now don't complain. It will get a little uncomfortable latter on.

If your doctor isn't concerned and you've had the right tests (which you need to push for) then enjoy it.
