If you are with the right person, believe me you will find things to talk about. Try, getting to know them. Ask, what they do and what there interests are and then keep going from there.

Yes, I suggest you get with her and let her know that you will only pay 1/2 of the motel room bill. Plus, try to negotiate the other date expenses up front so there is no debate during the date. Women like to hold that over you at strategic times during a date. Put all the cards on the table so there are no surprises later on. You might insist that she be HIV tested before the date too. Afterall, Donald Trump does this and I highly recommend it. If she's HIV positive, bypass this one and move on...

If you know what she likes doing you could casually suggest during a conversation that you go bowling/see a movie/go skating/get a coffee/grab a burger/go for a drink (depending on your age, obviously). Does she have any mutual friends you could ask what her interests are? Potential topics of conversation are: shared interests, mutual friends, school/work, family, hobbies, ask her about herself - what does she do in her spare time? What are her dreams/plans? Hopefully once you relax conversation will flow easily from one topic to another. It helps if you pay attention and REALLY listen, be attentive and show an interest. Good luck.

Ask about her. Women want to think you care about their thoughts. Some take more effort than others but if you put the time in you'll get what your looking for...whether that be short term or long term.

You know what? If you odnt know what to talk about on a date that implies you arent really comfortable with the person youre out with. If youre not comfortable...well....you shouldnt be out on that date at all. Try dating someone whos easy to talk to and you have a lot in common with. Trust me, its probably worth it.

Quit putting so much pressure on yourself to get it perfect. Just go on date and see what happens. Ask about her, ask about history, family, favorite this, best day, worst day. Just open your mouth and sound moderately intelligent. Things will naturally unfold from their.
