They seem to be at war with the people from Minnesota, Illinois and Michigan. They enact laws to shake down tourists and travellers in their state. I wouldn't advise travel in the state without a wisconsin plate on your car. They are waiting for you and you will be fined heavily for small offences. You car will be confiscated
if you have a fish in the car without the expensive fishing license which is more for people out of state. Police now stop cars and search them they say for weapens and they also take swabs from
the inside of peoples mouths who they suspect of having a good time. In short they are trying a concerted effort to scare all the "foreigner" out of their state.

Have you had your head in the sand or what? Wisconsin has been gangstering tourists forever especially from Chicago or Detroit, or any other state forever? They are infamous for that on the real. It changed a little in Milwaukee because they have a war zone with Gangs, but all around that on the hiways oh brother that is a real slot machine. Take your chances? The North is no better than the South in some places when it comes to shake downs Wisconsin treats military just like Alabama did?
By the by do you know who Ed Gein was the Hannibal Cannibal guy? And then there was Dahmer? Seems they are real good and accommodating to products of incest, but us normal Americans are taboo. Lots of dairy farms up there too? hmmmm? And lots of Cheese? eh? Oh well Good Luck and be careful. They hurt with those extortion tickets wow the fines are ridiculous. If you hit a dear you have to pay like 500 dollars and the dear are everywhere dying of hunger and disease? hmmmm?
The deer wrecks your car and you might die but you still get fined. And if you leave the scene and the deer is not dead? Oh that is even worse? Now they treat you like a murderer. And if you defend yourself against a criminal they usually pick the wrong side like the 15 yr old Laotian boy who was bleeding in the phone booth and Dahmer was chasing him and he was dialing 911 but was so Drugged up by Dahmer he was slurring his words. the cops were there and Dahmer caught up with him and Dahmer told them he was his friend and he would take him home and clearly they weren't friends and yet the cops over the air called it in and said Forget about those ****** so what? subsequently Dahmer grabbed up the boy and killed him. They eventually caught him because of months of calls about an awful smell in the dumpsters outside his house like dead body parts? and the city did not respond for a year? They caught him but not until he kidnapped a man from Chicago and after he killed him? Duh? And cheese is their favorite meal hee haw? ha ha

In any case, the State of Wisconsin is not at war with any other state. Well sure, we all hate people from Illinois. But we don't have an opinion of people from Minnesota or Michigan, unless it's to feel slightly sorry for them for having even worse weather than we do.
It's true that this is not a state in which to speed. But it doesn't matter what your license plate says. The cops will get you no matter where you're from.

Im from Michigan and I had no idea Wisconsin hated us. They always have ads on the TV for visiting Wisconsin Dells at like 5 in the morning.

Wow, thanks for the warming. I'm glad I never go to any of those states. Also here in Colorado everyone thinks Texans drive like really bad ( i agree) and people hate people moving here from California.
