i have been accepted to both - which one is better, which one should i attend?

Chico State.
Neither has any academic reputation to speak of. So, you got to find another reason to go there.
SF State is next to Stonestown mall, but pretty far from downtown. Plus, cost of living is really high.
Since Chico State is a known party school, I'd pick that. Might as well have the most fun in college as you can since the academic programs at both aren't worth much.

Cal Berkeley....SF State is sorry and Chico is a party school. SF state has no parking what so ever and chico is out in the boonies........

I would say it depends on what your field of study would be and which one you want to go to.
