Our lawn looks bad. I do not know what happened. This year we've got weeds also. We want to repair our lawn by adding new grass. I heard that there are some kinds of grass that last long and even oust weeds.

maybe a kentucky blue? i would go to your local ace hardware and talk to the lawn specialist there. also a great brand of lawn seed is Scotts. my dad owns a lawn service here and has always used it on our lawn. greenest on the street and it grows quick and thick. maintence is a must though

Hmmm. WHich California CLimat. THe Freezing Sierras or the fiery Mojave.

I don't know but when you find out, can you let me know. Mine keeps dying off. Its Rye blue so don't get that.
