If you are talking about installing a toilet from start to finish, where there are no services at present, then this is the wrong place, would require a lot more information and detail on what is already there, what you propose to do and your proposed method. Best to get a professional in to check it out. If you are replacing an existing toilet then information as to which part of the process is giving you a problem, is it with the waste pipe or with the water supply

When you say "plumb in a toilet", sounds like you're building new construction. If so, check up on your local codes, also you might want to make sure you're good on the clearance in the back of the tank to the wall and also the sides needs to be so far away from the walls. That's code, but you need to check the specs

If you have water and waste pipes accessible follow the instructions on assembling the toilet and flush mechanism. If you haven't already bought the new toilet then go for a close coupled pan/cistern as there is a simple rubber doughnut device to connect pan to cistern and it will not leak if tightened correctly. Use flexible connectors to connect up both waste and water supply as these will allow some movement when fixing to floor and wall..

Use a toilet snake. Place one end into the hole and twist the snake while you continue to push it in. When it is all the way in just keep twisting it and slowly pull it back out. that is all there is to it.

Do you mean just to change it for another one, or to install for the first time.
