you can go for brights, eg sea green, electric blue
or more neutral colours like the browns and plums

I have the same skin/eye color and I had a lady from Mary Kay put a chocolate color on me as liner and I loved it. Something you can use for the day and also something that you can dress up with.

Depends, if you are going for a more dramatic look, then black liquid eyeliner. It gives you a unmistakable "smokey eye". But for day time look, try brown. Brown gives you a softer, more daytime. like when you are going to work.

I think that a dark brown eyeliner for day and a jet black eyeliner for night would be fab on you.

You can always go with nuetrual colors but with your eye color you should be bold and make sure you liner makes those blue things stand out.
