I would ask the people to help me. I would then ask the people to help themselves, stop driving cars , take the buses that run every 30 minutes, soon there would be no need for personal automobiles, less pollution less global whatever, but less $ wasted on Gas ,Taxes and Insurance and Car Payments. It could work.

encourage world peace
encourage education...especially spelling and grammar
cure world hunger
veto any increase in taxation
care for the very old and the very young
invest in cure for aides, cancer, obesity, heart disease, etc etc
free beer and pretzels for everyone
