well, the 1st number is the chest size the 2nd is the waist size and the 3rd is the hip size. Almost like an Hour glass shape. But girls aren't always this shape, sometimes chest size is bigger or smaller than hip size and so on....

bust waist hips
generally bust and hips are closer than waist in traditional measurements, although many people I have talked to do not like the size of their hips.
