This team does have a slight ground weakness (Manectric, Blaziken and Aggron all have ground weaknesses) but I see that you do have pokémon that can fight ground types. However, the team is still a little too weak to the type.
If I was to suggest an alteration, I'd replace Aggron with Skarmory. Skarmory doesn't have the ground weakness that haunts most steel types. It also removes another hole, fighting type moves. Although you have gardevoir, you have two pokémon (crawdayunt and aggron) that are weak to fighting attacks. Skarmory also adds another pokémon that can hit bug pokémon, which you also have two pokémon that are weak to bug (Gardevoir abd crawdaunt).
