I am just curious as to how many of you guys and gals have pirated before? I myself am guilty of pirating, so I am just truly inquisitive. Also, how many people do you estimate pirate in the U.S.? What are the chances of me getting in trouble for getting Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise on two of my P.C.'s (worth at least $300), Partition Magic (at least $50), and a Dragon NaturallySpeaking Preferred 9 ($150)? My excuse is I am a silly, young, nieve child.

most of them are using the pirated one ... i dont want to encourge you to use the pirated one ... go for the trail versions and if you are satisfied with the software , then go for the original one ... try to avoid using the pirated one, as much as you can ...

i think most people who are even the slightest bit computer savvy pirate stuff - but we also pay extortionate prices for software and media so it pretty much cancels out

it is difficult to answer this question as it is leading and people may be held liable by companies such as microsoft who would pursue these people.

to pirate all you have to do is lend a dvd to a friend, but i have sold dvd's too.
