Learning is for life. You start the day you are born and finish when you die.
Education at school starts at around 3-5 & finishes when you have gone as far as you want through college or university. Then you can take courses to help you at work or just for interest for as long as you want to.
Experience is the best teacher & goes on all through your life.

If you asking can anyone at any age learn, then yes. Older people might have a harder time retaining information, but there are games and tools you can play/use to help develope your memory skills.

no there is no age for education....u can learn all ur life though old people may find it a bit difficult...but there are people who get phd's even at 60

free, public school education is guaranteed until you are 21 years old.

after that, you just have to do it on your own or pay for it.
