Find a pest control service in the phone book and give them a call. The pest control people have the right products to keep your home bug free. However, dust mites are a different story.

First of all, regular vacuuming should be done. I put some ground cloves
in my vac(sprinkle on floor and then suck up) and when you vac smell nice in the air, cloves will kill insects in bag when they're vacuumed.
If you live in a very cold enviornment wait till you get a day with 32 degreesF or below and put furniture out for a few hours and vac before
you bring it in. Wash anything that you can wash on a regular basis.
Overnight fllea traps made by Enforcer will catch lots of small insects
other than fleas, just plug it in. The flea traps have an added nitelite
bonus(how they work) there is no smell and are decent for the price.

Spray insecticides are worse for your health than bugs, remember
for bug repelling keep it natural. Store clothes in cedar chests or with
cedar(make sure they're clean). Wipe counters with vinegar on
occasion helps cut grease and repels some insects. Hope you can
understand this info.

Not knowing what type of insects we are talking about doesn't really help.
Problems arrise when you try to toss powders on sleeping surfaces and the like.

You may want to grab yourself a sample of the bug and start there for a cure...

Marrigolds are great at keeping some bugs away.

other than that start with the items that won't be worn any time soon and get an ORTHO type powder.

you still might want to know the bug you are dealing with.

Spread boric acid d all over bed. Go to a motel overnight and than vacuum and steam clean. If it is cold put outside several hours. Boric acid can be found at a drug store it rids roaches so can be effective on most bugs.Put it out in the cold is just an extra precaution. In itself it would not be effective because they burrow in the fabric.

Unless these tiny insects are causing you to have rashes/medical issues; don't worry about them they are just a fact of life and don't really hurt you in any way. You'd really freak out if you read about some of the stuff that's in our processed foods.
