when measuring your bump which 2 points do you measure from and do you measure in inches or cms and how big should it measure at 5 months???

Are you talking about fundal height? It should be around the same size as weeks. as in if you are 22 weeks you should be about 22 centimetres, but its pretty hard to do yourself, you really need someone who is trained, coz its hard to tell if you do not know how.

To measure "your bump" you need to be lying down in a semi- recline position (You may need some help).Then to you feel the top of your fundus (uterus), you will feel it soft and spongy above and then a firm ridge,measure from this point down to the top of of your pubic bone straight down the middle. Centimetres should equal weeks although can be a little out if bub is over/under size. At 5 months ? 20wks +/- should be a bit above your navel from memory.

the measurment should be around the same as yoiu are weeks, ie 28 weeks = 28 cm, however it can vary greatly and is not always anywhere near you weeks so it cant alone be relied on as a measurement of growth

you measure from the top of the bump (under the ribs) to your pubic bone. you measure in cms and its supposed to be 1cm per week of pregnancy

Cms from top of pubic bone to top of fundus. 20 weeks = 20 cm but 2cm either way is no worry

the base of your breast bone to your pelvic bone in cms but not sure what kinda size
