why should i wear underwear is ther any resons or no?

I am of 17 but i didn't no why boys wear under pants becouse i wear jeans at all time and it covers my penis,hipps and my scrotam then why it is said by my parrent to wear underpants .i like to wear it but i don't no why? can u plz tell me the reson

It is your wish to wear or not.
But, if you are not wearing one, ensure that:
1. you leave that last drop of urine outside. Else whole world will know when you 'piss'
2. you do do not get 'erection'
3. you pull your zip carefully.
4. change/wash your pants as often as possible as they will smell like underwear.

History of male undergarments:

In the Middle Ages, western men's underwear became looser fitting. The loincloth was replaced by loose, trouser-like clothing called braies, which the wearer stepped into and then laced or tied around the waist and legs at about mid-calf. Okay well girls can get away with wearing guys shirts pants because of fashion and most men think it is really cute when there girlfriend wears there shirt also with the boxers they are loose on us and really comfortable. Guys can wear womens underwear and stuff but they are mad for men like thongs and stuff like that but yea hope this helps :-)))

If you wish to choose not to wear a slip or boxer short it is up to you....but the underwear protects your trousers from stains if you happen to have a discharge...
I hope you understand this.
You might then see the marks left by the semen and it leaves whitish stains which i hope you do not wish to expose to everyone !

incase one day some random lady decides she likes the smell of your trousers, and steals them when your wearing them in a public place. You won't be left cold if your wearing underwear.
