You cant get access to her cell phone records. And this question is the reason why. We have a family plan. I tried to buy a new phone and put it on the family plan. My Dad wasn't going to go to the store for me. They all but threw me out of the store. They said they can not give me any information on the phone the account anything. They said only he could talk to them and get my phone. Or you could try and do what I did. I was so pissed I set up an online account in his name. He didn't care but it gave me accesss to all the bills. And now they sent me a copy of the bill in my email every month and the paper bill to him. So I guess that is your answer. But I'm sure in case it would be illegal and you have to weigh if it is worth it.

No. You can't. And let me tell you something - My uncle (in law) thought my aunt (moms sister) was cheating on him. Uncle and my father were friends, so my dad tries to find out if my aunt is cheating. He bought a camera and him and other guys tried to spy on her. More than 5 years later, it has become the reason why my family can no longer be together in one room, and not because she was cheating! Don't stir the pot! Just leave it alone. If he thinks shes cheating he needs to leave her.

Do what I did get to her mail box before she does.Or tell him to spend the night with her when he knows the cell bill comes in.If he doesn't no that tell him to call the cell co. and say he is thinking about buying a cell phone from them but you need to no when the billings come out because you only get payed once a month. If they ask for an address give them hers. Hope it helps!

I would think that would be "invasion of privacty". If he thinks she is cheating on him then he has two choices, dump her and move on or follow her very where she go's, Oh waite that would be called "stalking". So best thing is trust her or leave her.

if she has a cell phone, some company's have on-line access, you would need her pass word, but that is about it unless he sneaks her bill.

Becoming an investigator for the Office of Homeland Security should be enough to get you that information.
