I am sitting here right now with easy off on my black stove top. I spray it on there and leave it for about 30 to 40 minutes then scrub it off with a wet wash cloth and some dish soap. Finally after it is all cleaned off, i put some windex on my stove and wipe it off with a paper towel. Tada! It looks great. The trick is to use windex or some other type window cleaner, not just something like multi surface cleaner. The windex makes it glossy shine.

I am in the cleaning business and here is our secret!
Try this cleaning cloth. You have to buy in packages of 5 but they are only like $3 bucks a piece. I have ordered them and use them on everything, especially cleaning windows and clean mirrors. They are made out of tiny fibers. They are guaranteed not to scratch and all you do is rinse the cloth under water, wring it out and wipe ANY surface with no streaks or scratch. Use em over and over. I have not thrown one away yet!
I am sold on this ...I encourage you to try it out….hope this helps…Steve

have you tried Soft Scrub? that works really well. But, if that does not do the trick, try vinegar. undiluted. it works on a lot of things you would not expect it to.

Have you tried oven cleaner? What does the manufacturer recommend? If you don't have the owner's manual, try their website.
