i need help from you all!
how can you influence your personal development as a leader and teacher in preschool setting?
What do you think makes you a good leader and
childcare teacher?
Anybody can share your experiences with me? Especially those teachers out there :)
TO be a good leader is to be an all rounder, can you explain this to me?

Just being aware that little kids are sponges when it comes to observation of everything; what they hear, see, touch and feel. Children are the most curious people of all. Everything is new in their world. Everyone impacts their lives and minds at this age. Being a good leader means just that. Allowing the children to explore and experience life in a safe environment. Then you will be building a future we can all be proud of. Don't underestimate the abilities of this age. Children should be respected and steered in a direction that will give them tools to produce at the level. Children are people too; just smaller. Good Luck!

First of all, you are a good leader and teacher by caring enough to ask how to make yourself one. Children want to learn and will follow the lead of the teacher. So it is your responsibility to role model for them. They will absorb any learning experience you offer if you make it fun for them. Remember, that children CAN and WILL learn through play. Follow and respect their interests--let them help you plan for learning. People need to realize that EC teaching is so very important---these small children will grow up so day and be responsible for making decisions that might affect us in our older age. Another point: each day is a new day with small children---give them a chance to start fresh everyday if they are a "problem" child. Eventually, they will gain respect from you and their behavior will become more positive.

To be a good teacher and leader there must be a good teacher and leader. Unfortunately, there is lack of such person.Its you now who could alone fight the battle and be a winner. Best of luck.

A Good Teacher must be very kind and friendly to students. Must teach through 'play-way-methods'. A teacher can be an ALLROUNDER when he/she is talented in various other aspects
